@TheStyleDiet I'm not completely sure but? I think it is something to do with like putting the food at a colder temperature and it makes it harder to digest or something! may just be a myth though..

I could not agree ...
I could not agree more with you about saying you can't have a certain food at all. I've learned that moderation and portion control are key. What I do is? buy something that'll satisfy my sweet tooth, like suger free pudding or jello. There are also tons of recipes online for healthy desserts. I usually have a pudding once every day or every other day, then on the weekend I can indulge a little bit in something like ice cream or cookies or whatever.

Hi, when you first start drinking the correct amount of water you are meant to? have each day, it does make you want to run the the loo, what feels like every 5 mins, but after about 2-3 days, that does go away! stick with it, as the difference I feel when I drink the daily recommended dose of water, is out of this world! It truly works wonders! good luck with it! :-)

Sometimes drinking a Lot is geting on my nervs. When? i drink a lot i have to Run at the toilet every 15min ... I hate it!

Brilliant video, thanks Anna. I am trying to lose weight and get healthy this year. But in general my new years resolution is long term happiness rather than short term so your tips really helped. I want to do this in? a way that I can keep up, so if I eat something high in calories or I don't do exercise one day, that's ok, I'll just get back on it the next day, rather than thinking I may aswell just give up!

water is essential in more way than one! My best tip...throw away? all carbs and junk food!!!!

my physician says that you don't need eight glasses of water a day...six is perfect. eight is a lot, he says. but still awesome? tips anyway!

you won't lose weight from push ups and sit ups- in fact, you'll probably gain a little in muscle mass. And 30? min of walking isn't going to do much in the way of cardio unless you are VERY overweight.

I heard this pretty good tip from someone. They said if u buy a big bag of chips of something to put it? in smaller plastic bag in it's portion sizes. Drinking lots of water is the most stressed tip because it is sooooo important, it can actually make you lose water weight. Cause you're going to the bathroom more. :)

Will I lose weight and achieve better body if I do 100 push ups and sit ups, and I walk my dog at least 30 min a day but I? don't drink a lot of water?

You are so right. When I tell myself ridiculous things like I'm only going? to eat chicken salad i want to eat everything. When I tell myself I can have whatever I want I actually eat better. Sometimes it's a mental thing :)

Thank you so much, i watched your video about a month ago and lost about 9 1/2 pound :D you helped me so much and really helped? me realize that being fit and healthy isn't really all that its put out to be :) many thanks and can't wait for more videos :P

I'm pretty sure if you don't want to get them separately you can get packets of like mixes of corn, peas and carrot. stuff like that.? not sure how expensive it is but vegetables are really important to be healthy:)
